Designers at Covers & All carefully reviewed the dimensions for our custom reclining bike cover in easy to understand terms that included visual references. Delivery time was reasonable and the cover itself is very sturdy and waterproof (keeping bike dry during recent record rains in California).
Placing the order was challenging and took almost 2 months to complete. After multiple measurements and confirmations the cover still does not fit.

This is the second cover I have ordered. The other one was for a Chimenea that I could not find something to fit anywhere! The staff worked hard with me to get that generic cover just right. This time when ordering the barbecue cover, they took my measurements, and there was no correspondence. It came in a little bit longer than I would've liked and touches the floor, but overall very well-made

I ordered custom size cushion covers for an outdoor sectional. They fit perfectly and the fabric is wonderful. They seem pretty waterproof as the water just beads up on the outside. Will definitely order again if the need arises.

It is my opinion that the website could be streamlined and more intuitive, but that is the opinion of a 70 year old retired engineer and CEO (this was my pre-order/pre-delivery review of the ordering process. We have now received the cushion covers, delivery was timely. We paid for the highest quality fabric offered with the longest warranty. Either the photo representation was incorrect for the fabric received or we received a lesser grade of fabric than we ordered, I am not sure why it did not match the image in the picture. I would say the quality of the workmanship was pretty good although the quality control and quality assurance for extra threads and final finish could be improved. We offer this comment not as a criticism, but as a point for process improvement to make the company better.
