Given the complexity of my cover order my wife and were skeptical at the begining, knowing the company does not come out to take direct measurements. However, after going through the entire order process and working with the design staff we became much more confident. Ultimately, the final product turned out to fit like a glove and we are extremely happy with the cover for our outdoor BBQ L shaped island cover. We give this company five stars across the board. It was money well spent.

Claims that they tried to deliver when the video on the door showed that no one had been to the house. I know this is a review of the Covers and All Company - and not of Fedex - but Covers and All should consider using a different shipper if they want happy customers.

I ordered a waterproof custom-made tarp made to my exact dimensions. Of course, I had already checked the usual places, including all the Big Box Stores and Amazon. Nobody had a tarp in the precise dimensions that I wanted. I could have used something that wasn't exactly perfect, but why?
I was grateful, and a little surprised, to find Covers & All. I took a chance and ordered my tarp. What I received is an EXCELLENT product. Strong. Well-made. Nice large grommets. Precision sewing. Waterproof. And it FITS MY PROJECT EXACTLY.
