I ordered replacement covers for a large outdoor couch and made some mistakes in my ordering and measuring. They reached out to me before processing the order and asked excellent questions and helped me to properly measure and think about different piping to match the pictures so that I got just what I wanted. Be sure to upload a picture of what you are recovering - they looked carefully at the picture I uploaded to check my work and find where i had made mistakes. Great communication and I love the final product. It was quick to get them made and shipped, too. Great quality, would give them more than 5 stars if I could!.
We ordered our custom chair cover on a Saturday. By Saturday afternoon, we received a response asking for more information. By the end of the week we received an email stating that the cover was ready for shipping. This was way beyond our expectations!

We got the blue Fire pit cover for our tiki bar at our beach cottage. It is much thicker and sturdier than what came with our previous fire pit. We got the elastic on the bottom, which so far holds it down in the wind. If we get gale force winds we will try out the grommets to keep it covered. I think this should hold up well.

I have an odd sized outdoor sofa. I looked for months to find new cushion covers in this size and I could not find them. Looking to do custom covers they were extremely expensive. I found them through this company and they were so much more affordable. They do not fit perfectly, but the material is very nice and that cushions look nice once they are pressed in together and all of the throw pillows are on. I saved a lot of money with this company.

*Update: I'm not sure what the issue was and why our cushions were wet after the first storm we used the cover in, maybe it was just too much rain. But since that first time, the cover has done a really great job of keeping the water out and the cushions dry! It's so easy to take on and off, and we are very pleased with it.
This cover fit our sectional great and seems well made, but we just took it off after a rain storm and the cushions underneath definitely got wet in many places. Disappointed that it's not able to keep them dry.
