I like the straight forward ordering. Select shape, give measurements. The only drawback is the product came back too large even after giving measurements. Also there are very limited colors and patterns to choose. The product would have been exceptional if the sizing was correct. The fabric is thick and water resistant. The zipper and stitching looks to be of good quality.

I spent $182 on custom outdoor patio cushion covers (seat and back). Received them but they were too big by 1-2 inches. I confirmed the measurements i provided were correct. I sent pictures showing the extra space. The customer service escalation team was unwilling to do anything - despite each email response stating, "we are determined to resolve your queries". After several emails, I requested they either reimburse me or I could return the cushions to be fixed - they were unwilling to do either. I will never deal w this company again.

My cushion covers were in need of replacement, I stumbled across your site and decided based on pricing to give it a go. I'll be honest I was not expecting what I received. The customer service was excellent they reached out after seeing one of the pics I uploaded and asked for the dimensions again. Thankful that they did as I didn't think they could make one side smaller based on the option for dimensions I had to enter when ordering, so I was going to settle but they customized and made them to fit perfectly. The quality is fantastic, they repel water (my favorite part) my old covers were just cloth and were completely soaked when it rained...I can sit on these after rain and not get wet! The material will last for a long time! I've already recommended this company to friends and family. I will order again in the future.
