Just got my swing cover and am pleased with both the quality and the fit. After submitting my on-line order, Swing Covers reached out to me a couple times for more detailed measurements and photos, demonstrating a real commitment customer satisfaction and getting it right. I'm impressed.
I have had my Covermax sectional cover for 2 1/2 years, and it has a warranty for 3 years. The cover has greatly faded and is breaking down. I let Coversandall know this, and they requested many pics and videos from me which were inconvenient to get. This is a tactic they used to stall me. They asked for 3 sets of pictures and then a video as well, only to deny any responsibility. The cover has torn in multiple places due to the material degradation. They are all straight line tears, as this is how the material wears. They said these tears were from something puncturing the material, which is clearly not the case. I've attached pictures—you be the judge.
Also, I experienced issues with another order, and that was difficult on me. They didn't want to reship so they sent me the ties they failed to out in, and I had to go to a local vinyl shop to get them repaired. I've regrettably spent thousands with Coversandall.

This company failed completely to deal with its courier FEDEX who lied consistently about their attempts to deliver the item. Covers and All also refused to acknowledge their legal responsibility for delivery, offering anything but a refund on a non-delivered item. Manifold platitudes in every response to queries. In the end I accept that I have lost good money, but luckily only a small amount. Do not use this company if you need a reliable provider.
