Great Company and Product. Brought back a patio set that i was going to throw out, because the cushions got ripped and new cushions are too expensive. This is a very cost effective way to save a set that only has issues with cushions.
Ordering seemed a little in disarray. I was on the site several times. Sometimes it worked other times it froze up.That being said my order was incorrect, Not grommets, not logo etc..
We bought a very large outdoor sectional and wanted a cover for the entire thing, including the table and being able to send in custom measurements was a great thing. Feels durable and color blends in nicely to our house. I wish the pull strands on the corners were a little more effective, but for as big as the cover is, it is probably the best you will find.
Ordering was easy. Fit, construction, and material appear to be excellent. I'll know more in a year.
Purchased a cover for a pitching machine. The cover was better quality and cheaper than the cover which can be separately purchased for the machine. I will be using them again with anything else I need a custom cover for.

I ordered multiple types of covers. All of which required specific sizing. Covers and All did an excellent of creating covers that fit my pieces perfectly. The website was very clear on how to measure the items and they add a little extra room so tge covers go on and off easily. One cover was for a larger porch swing and a designer worked with me to create a cover that would accommodate cushions and have the ability to Velcro around the chain so everything is contained and protected. I've only had the covers for a month so I can't comment on the durability yet. However they seem pretty sturdy and protective. I will say they are a bit more stiff than many other furniture covers I have used in the past. But I'm hoping this material will be easier to clean and less likely to mildew.
I received a few personally written emails that your design engineers sent verbally confirming the size of my cover, as well as the layout of the cover. They even send you a blueprint type "picture" of your cover showing your name location and in my case, the placement of a "hole" in the cover to accommodate a long handle on my generator. VERY well done using high quality material too!
The wrong size was ordered because of confusion on how the measurements were with a curved couch cover. Even though I ordered a stock size I was told they are non returnable because the stock sizes are custom. I believe with the language barrier of their customer service they don't know what stock sizes are. After calling and actually talking to someone they told me to email my issue because they couldn't help. That was 7 weeks ago. I decided to just keep the first one and ordered the actual size I needed. Although they charged my credit card a second time for the second cover they claim they have no record of it and have not sent it. Once again I get the "we're looking into it" line. That has been 3 weeks.

I ordered a custom cover that did not fit as well as I hoped but i am happy with the cover itself. I needed a console cover for a center console bay boat but you did not have the design I needed, which also covers a seat on the front of the console. This is a prevalent design throughout the Gulf Coast and you are missing a big market by not having a designed cover to fit this profile.
