Custom ordered 3 covers for our 3rd deck patio - 2@ 11ft wide and 1@ 24ft wide. I placed my order using my mobile phone and paid extra for the weighted chain at the bottom (if you can even call it a "weighted") and upon delivery I found that there were no grommets at the top for me to hang these massive and heavy custom covers. I went back on the website to see where I missed a disclaimer that said they weren't included…nothing. I also tried to find where the OPTION TO ADD grommets was at on the page. Maybe I missed it. NOPE. The website view on my mobile decide did NOT have the option to add grommets to it, therefore I based my assumption off the photos showing grommets and the fact that there was no option for me to add them… I reached out to customer service via chat and sent photo screenshots and a video recording of the website options I saw on my end when customizing, showing the option to add grommets was missing. I was told to "view the page in desktop mode instead" like that was something I knew I had to do in order to ensure I had all the customization options to pick from. What? That's the response? That's the customer service? It's my fault I didn't have all the options visible to me because of how I was accessing the webpage? Basically there wasn't anything they could do to help me since it was a custom order. They literally offered NOTHING.
So buyer beware… customer service is less then sub par and you should double check how you place your order cause once you do, they won't help you to get it corrected or make it right, even if the fault is not on your end.

The cover appears to be a good quality fit and finish. The size that was custom-made fits nicely. Time will tell how it holds up to UV, rain, and wind. It arrived fairly quick being it's c😬made in India. As a matter of fact, it got here quicker than most things that's ordered that come from the United States. I'm very pleased. I would order again 👍
