I was a little hesitant to order since I was not sure of the quality, but Covers & All delivered high quality cushion covers that are sewn beautifully and seem like they will last for many years. Ordering online was easy and the covers could be customized to exactly what I needed (piping, with zipper and ties on bottom cushion). After I placed my order, I was notified very quickly that my covers were in production. Although shipped from abroad, the delivery time was very quick. I was very pleased and would order from this company again.

The absolute worst customer service EVER. They care NOTHING about customer. This is the first time I've ever written a review but felt compelled to warn others. Ordered a cover on a Sunday but didn't get the 20% first time order discount. Live chatted Monday morning at 5:30am (less than 24 hrs after order placed) and was told once order goes into production, discount can't be given. Since when does "going into production" mean that computer keyboards are locked up and a 20% refund be applied to my credit card. Kept getting the "it's our policy to not provide credits once in production". Clearly once they have your money, they have zero interest in making good on their first time buyer discount. I suggest you check out google reviews and BBB reviews and you will get a sense of how poor their customer service is. Hard to understand why something so simple, not to mention just being the right thing to do, is made to be so complicated.
