I'm happy with the sturdy material but there are two pockets that are sewed on (didn't expect or request them) that are completely useless because they're upside down. Unless I'm confusing them for some other function.

We have a somewhat challenging outdoor sofa to cover. It is curved. After submitting the measurements a customer service rep contacted us because some of the measurements we submitted seemed a bit off. Due to this we double checked our measurements, corrected our errors & the covers we received fit perfectly! We are so happy with the quality & experience.

I was so pleased with the fabric and workmanship of my covers, I can't begin to express my delight in them. The color is perfect, The fabric seems to withstand just about anything that might happen t o it. The fit is perfect. The detailed workmanship leaves nothing to desire. Two of sails I ordered were wrong, I explained to person who does the work at making sure and guess what he made them to wide and to long.

The dimensions of the new cover were the exact size of the cover I was replacing with this order. However, no matter how I tried the cover would NOT go over the tire.
I tried, putting it on top down, bottom up and side to side. No matter what way I tried to put the cover on it would not go over the tire.
Contacted customer service and they told me that the tire cover should fit and I agreed. But no matter how I attempted to put the cover on the tire it would not go. They offered me a 15% discount to order a new tire cover, I said that was an insult. They countered with a 30% discount which I did not except. I told them the problem was, the elastic was too short for the cover to go over the tire and they didn't want to talk to me about that.
I am extremely happy with the tire cover itself. It is the exact color I ordered and the customization is perfect but the cover will not fit over the tire so I am going to have to do some modification myself by opening the tire cover and inserting probably 8 inches of elastic to make it work.
