Two of sails I ordered were wrong, I explained to person who does the work at making sure and guess what he made them to wide and to long.
I was contacted a few times after submitting my original order to verify and confirm measurements. I would say they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

The dimensions of the new cover were the exact size of the cover I was replacing with this order. However, no matter how I tried the cover would NOT go over the tire.
I tried, putting it on top down, bottom up and side to side. No matter what way I tried to put the cover on it would not go over the tire.
Contacted customer service and they told me that the tire cover should fit and I agreed. But no matter how I attempted to put the cover on the tire it would not go. They offered me a 15% discount to order a new tire cover, I said that was an insult. They countered with a 30% discount which I did not except. I told them the problem was, the elastic was too short for the cover to go over the tire and they didn't want to talk to me about that.
I am extremely happy with the tire cover itself. It is the exact color I ordered and the customization is perfect but the cover will not fit over the tire so I am going to have to do some modification myself by opening the tire cover and inserting probably 8 inches of elastic to make it work.

It was a nice cover but we got the wrong color and grommets instead of snaps. It seems to be pretty decent quality for the price and convenience though.

Bought these to recover my daybed that my fur baby clawed to shreds. Dimensions were exact and they are even better than the covers that came originally with the daybed
I was concerned that the cover would not fit or stay on, but it works great. The fabric is similar to the other covers that came with my other grill.
The ordering process is all in the buyers hands. Instructions are good, and my product was ordered, and the information said "grommets placed every 12 inches." Two of my curtains were spot on! The third, however, had a gap of 24 inches! Not too mu liking!
Customer service was not helpful with excuses why there was a gap. No offer to take back and fix, instead I settled for them sending me some grommets. Have to find a place to install it!

We have mentioned on the website in the "How to Measure?" section that "In case you purchase accessories, the diagonal length of the sunshade sail will be reduced by 16.5" from each corner to compensate for the required accessories". However, as we can see that you have not ordered the accessories with your both of the new purchase. Considering the same, our team has processed the order as per the ordered size and mentioned how to measure details. If customer already has an accessory with them and wants the sail to be made accordingly then they can mention the same into the "Any special request for us?" box. Unfortunately, we have not received any such details. Furthermore, our design team has sent and working drawing showing the final measurements and we have received your approval on that.
