I assumed they would leave room for mounting hardware no matter what. They did not. The D rings go right to the connection points, so I can't put any tension on them, and they sag quite a bit. I suppose it's my fault for not reading the instructions closely enough, but it's disappointing. Other than that, they look nice, and seem to be quality fabric (I ordered the brown premium fabric). Functionally, they are great. The perfect amount of shade.
