Initial ordering and sizing process on web site was great with very good directions. Follow-up by order-processing team was great! Had several communications via email back and forth to make sure all sizes were correct. Team did send a design diagram with dimensions to make sure everything was correct before starting the production process. Received the cover for my outdoor kitchen cabinets and griddle in good order and it fits perfect. Very good materials used; hope to use this for many years.
I must have 8 emails from the design team to be sure that all measurements were accurate and that this cover would fit. Attention to detail, they delivered.
