The covers are great! This is my second time ordering from them. I ordered 3 cushions with covers for my outdoor set and a TV cover. They are easy to clean especially if you have pups who love to get up on them. They are very well made and also reasonably priced. Customer service is wonderful.

I had a custom built lounger and a custom built chair so I needed a very specific measurement and design for my covers. I searched and searched and couldn't find anything and then ran across this company. They were very patient and worked with me on the measurements and put together 3 to 4 drawings with the measurements and confirmed several aspects that needed additional measuring. I received my covers and the quality is outstanding. Without question I will be using this company again to have additional covers made whenever any of my other patio furniture covers degrade because they're poorly made. I would also recommend this company hands-down!

Ordered a custom cover for a piece of equipment we are showing at an International tradeshow. Wanted it covered at night from people that might want to take pictures and copy the design. Also wanted our company logo on it and grommets to lock it down. It arrived so quickly and fit like a glove. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered the Multi-Layer Circular Fire Pit Custom Cover and followed the size guide provided on the website. Even after adding extra inches to ensure a proper fit, the cover arrived way too small and doesn't fit the fire pit at all. It's so tight that I can't even get it fully over the sides. What's more frustrating is the experience after contacting customer service. I originally submitted all the requested details and photos to show the sizing issue, but now they're asking for an excessive amount of follow-up—including multiple videos from different angles, measuring both the product and the cover, plus label images, all to be uploaded through a file-sharing service. I understand needing some verification, but this process is over the top and feels like they're making it intentionally difficult to get a refund or replacement. It's too much to ask from a paying customer for a product that was clearly manufactured incorrectly. If you're thinking about ordering a custom cover from here, be aware: The sizing may be off even if you follow their guide.
Customer service is not quick or easy to deal with.

We have had Covers & All do two outdoor table covers for us. The first one was ordered several years ago, where it sits year round in the sun. So we needed a second one for a larger table and did not hesitate to use Covers & All again. I love that I can pick the color and even the finishes at the bottom.
Obviously the quality of the second one matches the quality of the first order.
I would never use a different company. The covers are affordable, custom made, of great quality and have proven to last!

I was so impressed by the staff that reached out to me 3 times to get my measurements right. The first time, they caught an error in my measuring that I missed. Good for them! When we finally knew we had all the correct measurements for a cover for my outdoor sofa, it arrived and it was huge! Like 4+ inches bigger in both directions! We were so surprised! It will work fine (better than being too small) but it blows in the wind which we wanted to avoid. Big deal? Not really, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Is it sturdy like the other 2 I have (and love)? Only time will tell...
