Be sure to know which type of material you are really choosing. I chose the wrong kind for my outdoor pillow covers. They were made with something that would cover a bbq. Even though they were made nicely I can't use them they are too hard.
The quality and craftsmanship of the covers are exceptional and I highly recommend them. However, it's virtually impossible to speak with a customer support representative. When you attempt to contact you have to first listen to automated instructions/prompts, and if you select to speak with a representative there is an inordinate and protracted wait time. Customer support provides inconsistent and conflicting information about order status. And there written requests for supplemental information is unclear and confusing. Once provided, there is no acknowledgement that the information is received and understood.
We placed our order for a cover that we are using on our pergola and our order arrived earlier then expected! The cover is great quality and it's meeting and exceeding our expectations.
I ordered 15 custom covers for my patio furniture. I sent the measurements along with a pictures of the old ripped covers that my mother made me. The designer contacted me to confirm the specifications and I'm so glad they did. I put the wrong location for the zipper on my order and I didn't think to change the location of the makeshift stitching I currently had. If they didn't send a mock-up drawing of my original specifications I would not have been able to get the perfect custom covers. What I received are beautifully designed covers that fit perfectly. They look like they cost way more than I spent! I would definitely purchase again from this company in the future.

We ordered a custom cover for a large uniquely shaped outdoor sectional. The designer contacted us multiple times for photos and to confirm many measurements. I was skeptical that it was going to fit very well but they far exceeded my expectations and the cover is excellent quality and fits perfectly in every area.
