FedEx left a signature paper on the door. Dice I'm spending the summer awayci had my hoarder sign for it. Then another paper was left again. My friend came over and signed for it again with a note to leave package. After many visits to my house the item was finally left.

The process to verify measurements went too far. I was asked to remeasure, which I did and responded timely. The engineer still questioned my measurements a 3rd time. I measured twice on each measurement. I felt angry but moved forward. There was too much time that passed between my confirmation of my second measurement and the order being delivered.

They contacted me about the size and need and even refunded part of my initial payment. The cover arrived and it fits perfectly. It's made of good material and the workmanship is very good. The cover fits great. It seems well made and is very heavy duty. It should last through many harsh Idaho summers and winters. Very happy with my purchase. The only downside was that the delivery required a signature which was just a minor inconvenience. Worth it in the end because the cover seems like it is excellent quality.
