It was a frustrating experience. I had to pay an additional charge because the system left out the personalization charge the first time. I had great difficulty contacting customer service with no phone option and long waits on chat. My email for communication was wrong and the company could not fix it (though the marketing email was correct). I got a response, and eventually my product, after I posted a negative review on Google.
Ordering online was quick and easy. Curtain arrived sooner than anticipated. Great quality. The curtain.JPG photo I added had excellent quality and clarity. Perfect. I will definitely send a link to peers in my industry, great product.

I am extremely pleased with the custom covers that I received. I have used the covers for several years, so including New England winters and they have held up great.
I just ordered an additional cover for my outside A/C unit.
When they get so that they don't wash up well in the Spring, I will be ordering another set.
The pictures they provide show you what side to measure and place in the box. Both my chair and chaise lounge were custom sizes and they fit perfectly.
Fit and finish is perfect. I wanted a new cover for a bench cushion with better fabric and detail and this fit the bill. Great pricing for a custom piece!

Ordering was easy. Price was inexpensive. But the quality is...meh. They function so it's fine.
I used the Mesh fencing as a archery back drop. It worked well. Easy up and easy down. Hid the mess behind it and stayed up and taunt for the last 2 months. Cheaper than back drops purchesed from the archery store. Will shop here again.
Needed new cushion covers for my patio furniture and these were perfect. Colors were as advertised, fabric quality was as advertised (possibly better, they are more waterproof than expected!) and fit my cushions with a little wiggle room. They were also delivered within the estimated time window. In addition to the covers, the customer service was exceptional! I was able to reach someone as I was ordering to help clarify questions I had about measurements, and I continued to receive emails after ordering to update me on the process. Would absolutely order with Covers and All again.
In the product description said they would add 1-2 inches for a nice fit. This did not happen for mine. It is the exact measurement I sent so it does not fit well and difficult to get on. Fabric looks like a trash bag but seems thick and sturdy.
