Placed an order for a custom cover on 6/23 and received notice it shipped on 7/5. When it reached FedEx on 7/7, the status was "Clearance Delay, Clearance in Process". Reached out on 7/18,7/20 and finally on 7/31. The status never changed so there was an obvious issue (that I could not resolve) and all I could get from Covers and All was they would email the shipping team. All I asked was for someone to call FedEx to find out the issue and get it resolved. On 7/31, I called and demanded a supervisor contact me (which they didn't call the number I gave them) and again proceeded to read me the status from FedEx. It wasn't until I demanded a refund that they offered to remake the custom cover. After 6 weeks, why is this the first time I was offered that option? And then they proceeded to tell me that other orders are held up as well but offered no guarantees that a redo would be any different.
They may be great for in-stock items, but if you need a custom cover find someplace else. They are made/shipped from overseas.
