The company stayed in communication with me the entire time and since the product arrived early, I chatted with a rep and they verified the "missed" delivery notification was indeed from Covers & All. Received the package promptly.
The cover looks to be OK. We haven't put it on the machine yet. Also we paid extra for the grommets, which we got, but the holes are not fully punched out and each one has to be cut out by hand. The biggest problem was they picked up an email address that in not monitored, and when we called to change it we were told they can't do that. That is the main reason for the 3 * review.
I paid more then previous covers purchased so when I discovered it leaked I was very disappointed.

My recent experience was having new covers made. I had to make custom covers for chairs that were partially oval (think large bucket outdoor swivel chairs with a curved back). The team had great communication and sent me a drawing to approve. The covers I received fit perfect and were exactly what I needed. This is my third time ordering from them by the way.
