Everything was pretty easy. The one comment I would make is that the delivery was a week later that first stated. I can understand that shipping/delivery issues can arise.
Even though it was exact measurements, it was a bit large. It really needed pull-ties on all 4 corners, not just on 2. We had to clip the other 2 corners closed with metal binder clips.
I ordered two dog kennel covers with the accurate dimensions for both. Upon submission of the order, I realized I had not requested the openings for the doors of the kennel. After attempting numerous times to use their chat service online, I immediately sent an email explaining my oversight.
I requested that the access doors to the kennel be in the 'end, not the side' of the kennel cover. When I received them, they were both in the side. It worked well with one as the kennel did have a side door, but the other could not possibly work.
After going back and forth from the original order on June 20,2023, we finally resolved the issue on receipt of a replacement cover, which was correctly done, on August 9,2023. I received a personal phone call from one individual confirming my order on June 28th, and explaining how it was to be resolved after my repeated attempts to contact someone there by phone.
The emails I received were obviously pre-written form letters and it was necessary to search through the text to find what pertained to my order.
Their online chat system never did work properly for me but when I did make contact with someone (Honey) on the phone, he was gracious, kind and very attentive.
It was requested that I send a video of the covers I had received and what the problem was. I did so on July 22nd which was just a couple days after I received them and contacted them.
When I did receive the replacement cover with the correct opening, it was apparent it was not put together with the same attention as the previous one. The long threads were not trimmed and the openings in the sides where the screens were sewn in were not cut out leaving the screen openings completely unusable.
As much as I loved the quality of the products, I would have to say they could improve their customer service. I do appreciate receiving a replacement cover at no other charge than $9 shipping, but the overall experience was rather painful. I doubt I would use their company again.

I would receive a lot more fulfillment out of having the product I ordered than I will get from writing a negative review but this is the best I have. I ordered a Sun Shade according to the specifications and directions provided by Covers & All. The Cover was sent with the wrong dimensions so I emailed and called the service team. I received no response on my email. Each time I called they told me that they would get back to me in the next 4-6 hours and each time they didn't respond. Now I have a product that is worthless and have thrown $500 down the drain. I'd think twice about saving a buck with this company.

We're a motel/cabin/camping resort (lots of grills/pits/etc). Just use the measurement grid they provide and they'll send you a product that fits, looks great, and built well.
Ordered a custom cover for some non-standard shape/size outdoor lounge chairs. A customer service agent/technician contacted me soon after to inquire about additional specific dimensions so that they could get the fit just right. The cover turned out perfectly fitted.

I've ordered custom outdoor furniture covers and a custom umbrella cover. There was confusion on their side with umbrella dimensions and they reached out before making it to make sure everything would be perfect! I'm impressed by the company's proactiveness to make things right the first time.
The quality is also fantastic. It stands up well to the sun, wind, and rain.
Most US businesses ask for sizes as width depth height. This business does not.
I didn't notice this when ordering so got an unusable size. Will not order from here again.

Tarp was exactly as expected. Shipping was fast. Did have an unpleasant smell after opening but I expect that to go away.
We have only had our covers for a month, however the covers fit our patio furniture perfectly. We did have to air out all of the covers for a couple of days due to a very weird (skunk like) smell. The smell must be from the material they are made from. Other than that, they are doing great so far.
