Placing the order was easy. I measured the couch and fountain as described on the web site. Then I entered the information in. My covers arrived in just a few weeks.
The first year traveling in our camper was adventurous, and we knew there had to be a better way to protect our new TV than wrapping it up with a big towel and securing it with bungee cords. My first Google search led me to Covers and All. I measured the TV & placed the order. Reasonable delivery and perfect fit! We feel like campers who know how to take care of our investment! Covers molded within the first two months of use. Been trying to work with customer service to resolve the issue, very difficult to reach someone or have someone address my concern. All the escalation team wants to do is email you a generic apology note but not solve the issue. Never again.
I am very happy with my cover for an Ooni Koda 16. I choose what I felt was the closest design and Coversandall followed up with me to verify the measurements which allowed me to send the specific Koda 16 specs and I got a good fitting cover.
They sent completely out of dimension sun sail and offer me 50% discount on fxing it. Why dont they admit thier mistake a do it on free of charge.
