I just wrote 2 reviews and I think the first one was not posted. To reiterate, I recently purchased two Cover Tuff Patio chair covers and they were the wrong size. I accept responsibility for the mistake, but the instructions were not perfectly clear as to the measurements. To start with, I was an engineer and I am used to reading blueprints. The length dimension should be in more detail. I measured the chair from the bottom of the chair for length. In reality, I should have measured from the top of the chair down to the floor for this dimension. My bad. However, there should, in the interest of clarity, two required dimensions... one from the top of the chair plum bobbed to the floor, and the second from the bottom back of the chair to the bottom front of the chair. This should be addressed as I am sure that I am not the first person to make this mistake.
My real problem is with their customer service. I asked them for a 50% discount to reorder the covers again since they had already made profit from my original order. They wrote back that it was my fault, which I had already stated in the response, and as a valued customer, they would give me a 25% discount. I told them that originally I got a 30% and thanks for giving me what they give EVERYONE else! They wrote back and said that they originally gave me a 25 % discount, which upon looking back, was correct. Unfortunately after looking at my original order, I was actually supposed to get a 35% discount! The coupon code was "(backyard35). Not only did they not work with me at all to make me a satisfied customer, they originally misrepresented their discount at 35% and only gave me 30%. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are only interested in profit, not customer satisfaction
I ordered covers for patio chairs. Within 5 minutes of ordering I realized I forgot to order one other item. I called customer service to see if I could add it to my original order, which was free shipping, but it took 55 minutes on the phone, and insisting on talking to a manager to get the order straight.

The swatch kit came on time and had a LOT of swatches in it. Unfortunately the one I wanted was missing. I wanted the sky color in the Cover Rite fabric. I called customer service and the only advice they had was to order another swatch set. So I ordered 3 hoping that one of them would have the swatch that I want. I need to see the color to be sure it will fit with the furniture on a client's porch.

Very high quality product. It fits VERY tightly. My table is only 1.5" high as I am just covering the top. I put 3" as the height and it just BARELY fits. It was quite difficult to get it to stretch over the corners. I wasn't worried about the corners tearing because the fabric is very thick and feels very durable. But I would definitely add some length to the height measurement if you're just covering a table top.
