I ordered two sets of these to be used in conjunction with the shade sail on our pool deck. The design of these mesh curtains have an enormous amount of open pockets which allows a lot of sunlight to penetrate. One of the sets was for the western sky in the late afternoon to block the intense rays of the sun. With these curtains closed, the sun ray intensity is still blinding. I guess that is what I get for ordering these without any idea of the amount of filtration they provide. These are basically useless for my intended use. If you need these to block the sun, then buy something else as these are not for you.

Ordering is detailed and fun to do. Product support is great. Orders are funneled through a U.S. agent, transmitted to the fabrication shop in India and the final product is Fed Ex'ed to the customer. Turnaround time was about 2 weeks. Amazingly quick turn for a custom product.

I ordered a cover for my new through the wall AC. The measurements I ordered were H: 15.5". W:26" D: 8". The cover they sent me is H: 9" W. 26" D: 15.5" I have had several e-mails with Gary Gonzal the "Escalation Specialist" and he keeps telling me the cover is correct and I keep telling him they switched the measurements for the Height & Depth making it impossible to use. I have sent them pictures several time showing them why it is wrong. The cover should slide on the AC and then butt up to the side of my house. It is impossible to do that. I guess they expect me to change the size of my AC to make it fit their cover. I am adding pictures I sent them when I ordered it. Since it won't fit my AC I slid it onto my laundry basket to demonstrate what it would look like compared to the accurate measurements I sent them that were on the order confirmation. The only thing I have gotten from them is a major headache and a worthless AC cover that I can't use... and this offer: "If you wish to reorder the covers with a different size, the best we can offer is a flat 20% discount on that." I would never buy anything from them again and strongly discourage anyone else from purchasing from them!
