I ordered four bench seat covers in the Cushion Rite fabric. The fabric is thin, noisy and a not very soft - yet it seems durable. The quality of the sewing and the zippers are all very good. The main disappointment I have is the slouchy fit. I measured as directed and asked that the dimensions not be increased. I will add some additional batting to see if I can improve the appearance. For the price I paid, I'm mostly satisfied. Shipping was much faster than expected, a nice surprise!

The cover fit my custom table perfectly and i was surprised how fast it came in. I still need to see how it will hold up with the weather but so far so good.
I usually do not leave bad reviews, but I am really irritated by Covers and All, and I would not recommend or buy again. I ordered a Cover tuff for a daybed, to protect it from weather and be able to take it on and off easily in the summer. Their website did not give information on the ease of removal, so I chatted with an employee who I asked twice if it was easy to take on and off and she said yes. I received it and it was so heavy that I cannot remove it regularly. Customer service says I should have known this from the website, which I read—so what is the point of speaking with employees to get clarity on a product if they are going to give wrong information?
Secondly, I asked for additional leeway to make sure it fit, and my order was modified by the company (less leeway given) and the cover does not fit at all nor zip up. On top of that, when I express my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, the company takes no responsibility and does not grant it. Such poor customer service— I regret to inform you that you have lost some customers.
This was the second product that I ordered from Covers And All with the first being a custom fit cover for a newly purchased snowblower and most recently a custom cover to protect the AC condensing unit during the off-season. After sending the dimensions and pictures of the AC unit they contacted me two more times with schematics to fit the plumbing at the rear of the unit. The product still showed up ahead of time. Whatever you need to protect these guys can make you a custom cover that you will be very satisfied with. I highly recommend them.

Good detail on the measurements for custom fits.
My HORRIBLE experience with Coverandall... LOST MY MONEY... after providing all the measurements, weeks later they send me a package and it was all wrong. I couldn't cover my chasers at all, it was short and wrongly fitted, simply useless and it is sitting in my shed. I made a dozen calls and emails with no response and my last email was BLOCKED and the autoresponder message stated.
How can this even be a thing in this internet day and age to literally steal people's money by not giving them what they paid for and not respond to their inquires or even worse BLOCK them from inquiring. The block email confirms that this is not an oversight and they are a corrupt organization and I recommend for everyone not too support such an organization and give your business to honest factories instead.

This was such a great process. It was easy to order, and someone followed up with me to make sure it was being done exactly how we needed. I thought it came very quickly for a custom order. It looks great and seems like it will last a long time and protect our table really well.
I have ordered from Covers and All many times and am always delighted. They make a very good product. These are not cheap big store-type covers. Great value for the price. I have covers that are getting close to ten years old.
I have purchased five set patio furniture covers. I love them. The cost was right in line with store purchased covers. They are much better quality than generic covers.
Love the fit of this cover, the material is high quality...but it is so wrinkled it looks ugly and cheep.

By adding up to two inches to the width and depth on such small dimensions, it appears that the cover is way too big. I ordered 5 clear covers for small antique radios and they are all the same way.
