My recent experience with Covers and All, an online custom furniture and canopy cover retailer, left much to be desired. I embarked on a project that required custom-made covers for furniture and canopies, and while the idea seemed promising, the execution was marred by several significant issues.

The first challenge was providing the necessary measurements and pictures for customization. This step, as expected, required time and attention to detail. I meticulously gathered all the required information, emailed them as instructed, and eagerly awaited their response. However, to my dismay, I received no reply.

Frustrated and desperate for progress, I decided to reach out to their customer service via phone. After explaining my situation, I was advised to input all the customization details on their website, specifically in the comments section. This, I was told, would help them understand the scope of the project.

But here's where things took a baffling turn. The website's ordering system only provided rough estimates for the items without customization. It was impossible to get an accurate price or production time until you proceeded to the payment stage. Considering that Covers and All is based in India, it was a daunting proposition to pay upfront without any concrete figures or a clear understanding of the turnaround time.

To make matters worse, the customer service team was unable to provide an accurate estimate until the entire order had been paid for. This left me in a frustrating catch-22 situation: either take a leap of faith and pay upfront without knowing the total cost or wait indefinitely for an estimate that might not meet my project's timeline.

This lack of transparency and flexibility in their ordering process left a sour taste in my mouth. In an age where online businesses thrive on trust and transparency, Covers and All's approach falls significantly short. Customers should have the option to understand the costs and timeline before making a financial commitment.

In conclusion, my experience with Covers and All was marred by a convoluted ordering process, a lack of responsiveness to initial inquiries, and a frustrating payment structure that prioritized payment over customer clarity. While the idea of custom furniture and canopy covers is appealing, the execution needs substantial improvement. I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution and consider alternative options with more transparent and customer-friendly ordering processes.

We got these to retain stuff on shelves in our work van while driving. They do an excellent job, are heavy duty to resist tears, and allow easy viewing to find what is located behind them.
The website is easy to order custom sizes from, the shipping was fast, and the eyelets are strong and not going to tear out easily.
