Covers molded within the first two months of use. Been trying to work with customer service to resolve the issue, very difficult to reach someone or have someone address my concern. All the escalation team wants to do is email you a generic apology note but not solve the issue. Never again.
I am very happy with my cover for an Ooni Koda 16. I choose what I felt was the closest design and Coversandall followed up with me to verify the measurements which allowed me to send the specific Koda 16 specs and I got a good fitting cover.
They sent completely out of dimension sun sail and offer me 50% discount on fxing it. Why dont they admit thier mistake a do it on free of charge.
