The fire pit cover that was sent was perfect. It fit just like it should have. The material is great and should last a very long time. I going to see if they can make me a cover for my custom built outside bar.
I have a nice patio set but the covers for the cushions were torn and ugly. Due to the unique size, finding replacement covers were impossible (unless I wanted to pay over $100).
My replacement covers are slightly big, but look so much better. At first I wasn't happy with the vinyl like material, but after a heave rain, I saw how easy they were to wipe down (and no soggy cushions).
Top quality materials and craftsmanship. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I love the cover. It looks great and I am pleased to have something custom made for my table and chairs that fit. However, I could never get the "pillow" to elevate the middle of my cover to remain inflated. I finally gave up. It didn't cost that much so it is not worth it to pay for shipping for a return. I just wish it had worked.
I recently ordered 4 bicycle covers and I am extremely disappointed! After entering the very detailed measurements required, I expected to receive very custom tailored bike covers. Instead, I received oversized, shapeless blobs. It took a month to arrive since they are made and shipped directly from India. I chose the Cover Max material, since it seemed from the description as the best option for the weather conditions here. The fabric turned out to be an extremely heavy vinyl coated material that is very difficult to place on the bike. The fact that they are way oversized, and that there is no differentiating the front from the back also makes it difficult. The heavy material caused my bikes to fall over with the slightest breeze.
When I contacted customer support to ask to return, they were very difficult to work with. They kept asking for additional photos and videos of the problems. When I finally satisfied their request by providing a photo of the bike with all the dimensions detailed, and photos of how the cover fit. They determined that it was not their fault. A couple of the dimensions detailed in my photo were slightly different than the dimensions I provided when I order them. This is bull, the differences aren't nearly extensive enough to cause such a discrepancy in the product I received. All they offered was a 30% discount on a re-order. I am not ordering anything more from these clowns. Instead, I ordered a cover from Amazon at a fraction of the cost, it arrived in one day, there were no measurements required, and it fits perfectly!
I have 4 indoor pillows that needed weather resistant covers. Good covers, good color at a great price. Will use in the future.

I bought custom sized cushion covers for my outside patio furniture. I selected the mid-grade fabric. Unfortunately this was not a cushion cover fabric. It was a cover material. Very rubberized type of plastic. Probably good for a waterproof cover, but not good as a seat cushion. I ended up having to throw away the product because you could not sit on it. It was not returnable because it was a custom size. I should have looked more carefully at what I bought, but I just assumed that you would NOT have a cover product as an option for a cushion.
