The product was satisfactory once I received it, however the communication with you was vary difficult. People were hard to understand and you kept wanting me to verify my dimensions to you. Again and again.
We ordered clear vinyl curtains for our screened in deck in preparation for winter. I was skeptical so we ordered a test panel, but will be reordering 7 more to complete the project. The vinyl is thick and the sewing is very sturdy.

I was delighted to find a site with reasonable prices for custom covers. I needed simple rectangular covers for my patio cushions. I ordered one and it fit reasonably well, and i was happy enough with it. So I placed a larger order for several additional covers; at a cost of over $100. These covers by constrast fit terribly! They are very baggy & sloppy. I would not have people over to my house with these covers on the cushions! The company has an inflexible return policy- they'll only return if they deem that there has been a manufacturer defect according to their own standards. And they have some small print of there being a 1-3 inch (!) seam allowance that the customer has to be aware of. Seems to me like they're granting themselves a very large margin for error. I sent pictures of the problematic covers (such as the ones here) but now they are asking for videos (!), drop box file attachments, a series of exact measurements; photos of different tags (i kid you not). I certainly feel like i'm being given the runaround. And im almost 100% sure they're going to say that they are well within the "1-3 inch" seam allowance. Who wants a cover that is 3 inches too big on their cushion? I dont get it. If this is not an issue for you and you dont mind taking the risk, then this is probably a good site for you. I also feel as if i experienced a bait and switch, as the first cover i ordered fit well, and the others fit very poorly. I admit i am concerned about posting this review as I fear some kind of retaliation from the company. Good luck.
