After sending my measurements according to their template the company contacted me 3 time to confirm measurements that just weren't making sense. I have contact your customer care numerous times about the wsaerproof cover that doesn't work. Ththe water goes right thru the cover onto the tabletop. I have one for a bar and it does the samething. Before purcpurchasing i chated with the rep to make sure i got the best cover to protect my table and bar top. I have gotten no where with you reps. Not happy at all.
The cover was made well. I mistakenly sent in wrong measurement, so it was a bit wide for our table but it was made exactly to the measurement I sent in.
I am pleased with the custom-made bar stool cover. The materials and workmanship are very good and it came as advertised.
It was very frustrating that I could not call and speak to a knowledgeable in office customer service agent. It was only through a remote call center. This took a lot of time as they did not have any first hand knowledge of the product. But they did their best to answer my questions. It was just a lot of time on hold while they researched.

Third set of covers ordered….chairs, love seats, ottomans, fire pit and chaise. They all fit great, arrive fast and don't leak.
No errors in the manufacture of the items ordered. One of the items was for a guitar speaker cabinet--cheaper than any guitar amp covers that I know of (no cutout for the handle though, but just needed a dust cover). The Cover Rite material makes for a good desktop synthesizer dust cover.
So happy with the covers we bought for our deck furniture! High quality and the fit is perfect.
