I have sent 2 emails and have done a chat with your company about how I was asked 3 times to double check and take pictures which I did and I have no idea how the cover is supposed to fit my half round sofa. No one will answer my emails nor did anyone contact me as I was told they would after I did a chat.
Let down by a faulty website which was transcribing the AMEX long number grouping incorrectly. I gave up after receiving not much help on the chat function. Tried again a few hours later, the problem had been fixed, but I apparently I now had 2 orders To make things worse, I did not receive any of the promised emails directly about the order despite getting lots of others not important. The quality of the cushion covers is top notch and the design services went above and beyond! I needed a odd cushion cover that was rounded in the back. The designer sent mock up drawings until we got it just right. I'm impressed with this company!

I ordered a cover for my outdoor kitchen. Some of the measurements I had taken needed to be tweaked, but the email service they use to send you the mock-up and request information is very difficult to use. You are only able to access it once, then the ticket closes and you can't get in which requires you to call. That's when the fun starts. I don't know where the product is made but calling customer service is very difficult because every single person I spoke with had such a thick accent I had trouble understanding much. It made for very long and stressful conversations, but they were always kind and patient.

I have contact your customer care numerous times about the wsaerproof cover that doesn't work. Ththe water goes right thru the cover onto the tabletop. I have one for a bar and it does the samething. Before purcpurchasing i chated with the rep to make sure i got the best cover to protect my table and bar top. I have gotten no where with you reps. Not happy at all.
The cover was made well. I mistakenly sent in wrong measurement, so it was a bit wide for our table but it was made exactly to the measurement I sent in.
