Very good ordering.Exceellent experience. Well-made. My covers fit perfectly, except for the round zip on chair seat cover which I measured wrong and is too small to use as a slip cover for a vanity stool, but it is okay, because now I can still use it for an extra throw pillow cover.
I was a bit skeptical about ordering a custom fit cover over the internet. Happy to say I was wrong. I provided measurements and someone from the Covers&All team corresponded with me to check measurements, etc., so I did get what I wanted. It was delivered and fits perfectly. I would recommend Covers&All to anyone looking for a cover for a non-standard piece of furniture.
Regarding my prior order (COV*******190), there was a great deal of confusion by your ordering department. I approved the mock-up for the 5 chairs several times and there was still a need to continue to approve the mock-up. I waited more than 2 weeks to get the mock-up for the lounge chairs. This is wasteful of time and energy and leads to unnecessary frustration. Something has to be done to make this process easier and much more efficient.

My problem with Cover and All is that I paid extra for expedited delivery so I could have the product for a special event, and it arrived late. I was told by UPS that there was nothing paid to them by Cover and All for expedited delivery. I requested Cover and All to reimburse me and was told that I would receive credit in 5 to 7 days. Did not happen. I advised them credit was not received and was told again it would happen in 5 to 7 days. Did not happen. In addition, dealing with them to resolve a problem is extremely difficult and time consuming. Your only choice is Chat or Email. Trying to call or getting someone to call you is impossible. I just gave up, which makes you wonder if that is why they make it so difficult. Will not purchase from them again. To be totally fair, I had no problem with the product, too bad I was not able to use it for its intended purpose.

After purchasing many different tarps and shade like things, none able to last, I found this amazing company. I have made two purchases from them, one for the beige vinyl and one for clear vinyl. Very large pieces to wrap my pergola for the winter months here in southern Canada. BOTH are amazing. The beige vinyl is heavy duty and the gromets done 6" apart are strong. It's held up over a Canadian winter and winds with absolutely no damage. We just purchased a clear panel for one section so there can be some natural light inside the pergola and it's so clear it's like glass. It's very heavy duty. It's stiffer than the beige vinyl but definitely strong and durable. I forgot to punch in the discount and all it took was a quick call and they fixed it and refunded me right away. Customer service (due to it's custom size and print we had a couple of phone calls) and they were always easy to reach and very nice and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend. You can't go wrong here, it's worth the extra expensive to not have to replace year after year. Sorry my photos are crooked...
We also bought new patio cushion covers and love them, again good quality, water resisent, and custom made to your own patio chairs I don't have any pictures for them.
This is going to be my only go to company for all my covering needs.
