I need assistance ordering an oddly shaped cover for an outdoor built in smoker. I submitted a request and was referred to the standard "grill" covers. I would still like to order a cover for the smoker but need help.

I ordered this cover for a cart with a medium size big green egg on it. The egg is not mounted, it just sets on a cart. Every time I would send in the dimensions, the design team would come back and tell me that the measurements for the circumference would be wrong according to their calculations. (they put it in software and get the answer. So after over a month of going back and forth with the design team a lady finally recommended that we get on the phone and go over the dimensions. What a concept. Could someone have not recommended this weeks earlier. After getting the cover it is a tight fit even thought they say they 1 to 2 inches larger than dimensions given. The part that goes over the top of the Egg is about 4 inches taller than it needs to be. I paid for the insurance to make sure it was correct but there is no way I will send it back and go through that trauma again. If it's a straight forward cover then it's probably a quality cover. I didn't understand if they constantly questioned my measurements of the Big Green Egg, then why didn't they just go to the Big Green Egg website and get them themselves. Then there wouldn't have been any questions.

The final fit is very snug … looks great but not the 2" OS final fit as stated on order site. Hopefully it will stretch some. TY

The only negative was that I requested an elastic bottom on the chair covers, however, it was too tight making putting the covers on difficult - I undid the elastic and all is good now.
