My previous cover for my griddle is great. I need a good cover for my Bullseye. The original cover only lasted about 18 mos. Covers And All was great at communicating with me to ensure the cover was made exactly how I wanted it.
Easy to navigate and measurements necessary are clearly indicated. Not sure what happened that made one cover too small for a perfect fit.
Really like the ability to order custom sizes. The quality of the storage bag was excellent - I am very pleased and ordered furniture covers for the outside deck furniture as a result.

Ordering was a little confusing because my order was a custom order that was not a typical shape. It was a triangle that also had a cut-out corner. The measurements needed to be exact. Cover's and All's did a terrific job. I will order again for other needs.

After posting my original review, the company contacted me to try and make the issues I had right. A new cover was made with additional elastic around the base of the cover. It fits my round fire pit very well.

I ordered a round cover for a round fire pit. When arrived though the drawstrings are sewn in, just 1 ft long. They don't go all around so you cannot tighten the bottom. This made my fire pit cover totally ineffective as can blow off in the wind. After several back and forth with c/service they would not make right.
When I placed the order it was estimated to take 2 weeks (the tarps are made in a shop in India and shipped to the US), but they came within the week. I wasn't home, so FedEx ended up holding it at their facility and I had to drive 1.5 hours to get them. Next time I'd make sure I was going to be home!

It was a great experience and I felt confident that my measurements would result in a good result. I was right! This company is total fraud run by sweet talking sales people.I had to call so many times to remind that I needed the mock up drawing. Never received one. Finally I cancelled the order. Refund still not received yet. I called multiple times about refund. They kept saying it will show up soon. One month has gone by. Total crooks operating from India.
