The order has been a disaster from the start, the order confirmation sent to me was incorrect to the order i sent, i said it might be easier to cancel and re-input the order as there was so many errors, they requested a credit note, this took two weeks to process, my final order arrived and was completely different to my order, wrong size and wrong fabric. I have spent the last three weeks sending images at least ten times of the incorrect covers sent, what the material, type of covers and sizes should be. Every email/we chat has avoided my questions and not offered any solutions. My request to them is to just make the correct covers ( there are only five) i will be out of their way and leave them alone, they even. Accused me of hanging up on them last night. It has been a nightmare and I have wasted so much time to get this sorted and they don't care about customer service. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company and this is the first review i have ever sent to a company ever. I would put a zero star if i could

Easy to navigate. Measuring instruction and input interface is very clear
I have a handmade grapevine swing that has a huge curved back and irregular shaped arms. I followed the directions, sent in the measurements and a couple of pictures and hoped for the best. The design team was wonderful! They contacted me for additional measurements and then I approved the final design. When the cover arrived the first thing I noticed was how heavy duty and well made it was. I held my breath and put it on the swing, and it fit so perfectly you would have thought the design team came and measured it in person! I am thrilled with the final product! The price was so reasonable for the quality and attention to detail that I recieved. I know this cover will last for many years to come.

I submitted my order and soon received an email showing where they would like more exact measurements. I submitted those and within a couple weeks I had custom covers with an exact fit.
