I have used this company in the past and with the custom covers I sent in measurements always added extra long or wide because I didn't want it to be not tight or fit well don't mind paying extra for the material and they always came perfect this time I gave measurements and was contacted several times to give a lot of extra measurements had a bad feeling they were cutting it too close but was busy gave them the measurements they asked for I also asked for it to cover coffee table. I got the cover very tight doesn't fit the contours of the couches as they were trying to do and doesn't cover my coffee table at all and the only thing that saved me was I paid extra for a zipper!

Product is Great, I've use them a couple of times, from a cover for my portable propane heater, to covers for chair
Ordered 4 plastic curtains, 18" band on top, 42" clear plastic, 12" band on bottom, to include gromets every 12" across the top and a chain for weight at the bottom. Gromets are any where from 10-13" apart (was looking to overlap the ends), chain does not hold down for even a slight breeze. Ordered and paid for expedited delivery and was over a week late, blamed FedEx, hard to get a product from India to the East coast of the USA in under 24 hours. Was only willing to refund half the shipping costs, would have quicker to have just gone with FREE standard shipping.
Bottom line, the Chain Weights at the bottom waste of money, and make sure you give a month or two lead time

We purchased outdoor patio sectional couch covers. The website was easy to navigate the measurements were clear and instructions were easy to follow. It took some time to receive the custom covers but we did receive them. There was a mistake in the order (partly my fault) and thankfully, while it took some time it was all resolved to our satisfaction. I think this is a very good company and produces a product that serves the purpose at a reasonable price. I would order from them again if I had the chance.
