I've had really good experiences with this company making a number of custom covers for outdoor furniture and electronics. At first, it seems a little frustrating because the designers will not release your Project into production until they are completely satisfied with the measurements that you have provided. This can be time-consuming, but it is worth it. The covers fit perfectly and you can tell that they have been creative in how they make sure each piece is protected.
Please fitted seat covers were better than the high-end ones they were replacing. Order the exact size don't go over because they are made to your exact measurements.
Ordered golf cart cover. In the product description it clearly states:"A specially designed, waterproof zipper at the rear end makes it easy to install or remove the cover in just a matter of minutes". When my cover arrived there was no zipper. When I called the company, they said: "If I wanted a zipper, it would be an add on". I showed them in their own description what they said about the cover, I was told: " No that is an add on". No where did it state that you had to add that, it did however quote an additional cost for other things that could be added, such a a pillow to prevent water pooling. I have repeatedly gone back and forth with this company, and the only thing they offer me is a discount on my next order. Why would I ever consider doing business with a company that writes misleading product descriptions, and completely misquotes their own written description.
This is probably my bad as far as measuring and Customer Service has been great about working to resolve the issue. I will be ordering from Coversand All again because their product is excellent in quality.
Choosing the cover was painless. The site works well and makes the experience better than most.

I was very impressed with the level of service and detail given to my custom order for outdoor furniture covers. We ordered covers for a curved outdoor sofa, two large, rocker/glider chairs and three very tall bar stools. We were asked detail questions about the dimensions, sent several photos, and answered questions. Really appreciated the attention to detail.
The covers themselves fit very well. The quality of the fabric is amazing - heavy duty but easy to use. I really recommend the drawstring on the bottoms of the covers - they will keep out weather and critters. We have no doubt our furniture will get through winter weather (lots of rain, some snow) without any issues.

Even though you don't talk to someone per se, They are very responsive and double check measurements and such prior to placing the order. I've purchased multiple levels of their product and all items come in a very respectable time frame considering they are making custom covers. Not shocked at the pricing either compared to custom seat cushion makers or curtains etc. I've order items from $65 to $365.
Replacement cover from original manufacturer of my outdoor furniture would have cost a lot more than this and likely not have protected furniture as well. Seems tough, lets see how it goes through the winter.
