The custom size was perfect and the quality and thickness was better than expected

Covers were well made. Easy to put on cushions. Color was as expected.

Ordered the twp-color cover style that was second from the top (best) and am very pleased with initial fit, material, and predicted durability. The cover for our 2017 Pacifica mini-van is held on with strong elastic banding sewn into each end as well as a 2" wide belt with quick release buckle under the center of the car. Have had a number of compliments and inquiries from passersby. The reflective rib sewn into the lengthwise seams is highly visible and utilitarian. The cover covers all but a couple inches of the bottom of each tire, as well.

The cover fits perfectly. I'm very happy with the quality of the material and workmanship.

This product was a perfect fit. Good quality material that should hold up well in the Texas heat and cold winters.

Cover fit perfectly, I used it on a square floor pillow - the handle is great for moving it around the room. The fabric is durable and has a plastic feel on the inside, I'm thinking it would be somewhat waterproof. The outside of the fabric has a slight texture to it and is easy to wipe off most stains, which is nice if I want to use it outside. Easy care, perfect fit, and an extremely reasonable price.

I unique need for a cover - it was for an expensive bike rack on the back of my truck that I dont want to take on and off but that I want to protect from the elements. The website does an ok job of guiding you to the right product based on your application. For me it was a custom cover. I contacted their support and they asked me to upload photos along with dimensions of the rack. Here's where it gets dicey...I wasn't sure exactly what the size needed to be because if I wanted to cover the whole rack including base it would have to be a unique shape so I was really looking for them to provide two options: one with a simple rectangle, or one with a custom shape, realizing that the custom would most certainly cost more. Problem is there is no reliable way to communicate. They don't have a call center because these are made in India. It's all done via email, which is very difficult to do when they are halfway around the world. I tried several times to ask very specific questions about the way it's constructed and the method by which it clips at the bottom but never got a straight answer, which is frustrating when you are waiting a full day between each response. In the end it probably took me a full week to get the order done. When it got here it was good quality for the price, BUT it was slightly oversized because come to find out they automatically add 2 inches to every dimension to make sure it fits which I already did myself, AND the plastic buckles (push clips as they call them) only adjust from one side, not both, so I had to cut them off and modify it to get it to fit right.

All in all it's a good option for a project like this where i didn't have a lot of options, and the price was right, but be warned you are ordering a budget product from India so don't expect the world.

The fire pit cover stays put and doesn't come off during a wind or snow storm. We're very happy with the fabric, construction and look of this product.

Fire pit is an irregular shape - elliptical, but one side does not bow out similar to other side. Was nervous about ordering a cover online. Talked to a customer service rep and sent a picture of the fire pit. Cover and All was able to deliver a cover that fit the odd configuration. Very pleased.
