It looked well made, and I looked at the zipper as part of my inspection and something didn't look right, and when I put the cushion on the bench, the zipper pullers (the part you hold on to when unzipping) just fell off. I hadn't tried to unzip or zip at that point. Removing the cover off the foam will be somewhat harder to do now. It kind of seemed too small a thing to hassle with returning the whole cushion back to you, so I'll just not worry about it until, or when needed, and try to deal with it then...

Over the past year, I have ordered 5 + items for my exterior. Everything comes as described and has fit multiple applications perfectly.
I followed the instructions on the website to measure my firewood rack "exactly from edge to edge" because they would provide "2 inches of leeway" and what was sent did not fit. Not even close. Fine, mistakes happen. But then I was asked to send an email, then pictures, and then videos, when all I wanted was to exchange for a cover that actually fit. Far more trouble than it's worth. Would not use this company again.

It was a little difficult working with the customer service for all the measurements they wanted. There was a bit of a language barrier. However, they were meticulous on the measurements so the items would fit perfectly so in the end it was understandable although a little frustrating through the process.
Cover's & All provided great customer service during the whole buying process. They take the time to confirm your measurements are correct and the cover is an exact fit. We will definitely use them again.

Everything went smoothly from the start of the order
Good quality product in general! The drawstring however is too difficult to pull and tighten- also the cover arrived longer and wider than specified by 6" all around. Not sure if that is a standard tolerance added to my specified dimensions and I just didn't come across that verbiage or if someone made a mistake in making it… non- the-less, it's still nice quality.
I gave Covers&All very customized and complicated drawings for my covers and they executed them flawlessly.
The cover fit perfectly, the material is good quality, the price was reasonable and the time frame was great!
