Needed the cover prior to leaving on vacation and paid extra for expedited shipping and cover did not arrive in time. I called customer service and they would not waive the expedited shipping charge

I purchased one large custom cover to cover a rectangular table and six chairs, plus a cover for my fire pit, Customer Service reached out to confirm dimensions and the turnaround time was fast. A tad pricey but great quality.
