The material is good quality. The ordering process was easy and shipping was quick, especially considering it was a custom order. I've ordered from this company before and will do so again.
After placing the order, I received an email to confirm dimensions, logo, and zipper placement. I called for help on a few things and talked to representatives that were very helpful. Received another email with mock up confirming the changes. And then received our custom covers less than a week after the last email. We placed an order for 5 large covers, so I thought that was pretty quick. The covers were perfect. Perfect fit, nice weight. Nicely made. Good quality. Highly recommend!

We needed a cover that could adapt to the up/down movement of the chair and the very large hinges that controlled that movement. Designer Kevin did an excellent job making sure I did the correct measurements and was totally focused on getting the end product exactly right. When we received the cover it was perfect. Looks wonderful and is made of very good material. Very, very happy with the service and the product.
