I was shipped 7 cushion covers; 1 was the wrong size.
Customer service has made me jump through multiple hoops and send multiple photos to prove a $22 cushion cover is the wrong size. The label inside shows it is the wrong size. They are refusing to ship a replacement.
I am sending them all back as 6 of 7 are useless.
