Product information was difficult to know exactly what would be getting other than color and material. Dimensions of final configuration required customization of support structure and form. Turned out to be a tent not a sail. Early delivery from stated time was appreciated. If had file upload option could send image of final use.

After initially placing my order, I realized I had not given the right dimensions. I called and spoke with a sale rep who immediately change the order with the correct dimension. The product even arrive 5 days before the expected arrival date. I highly recommend cover & all.
