The process had way to much back and forth with the designer after originally submitting dimensions. However, the quality of the final product that was received was absolutely perfect!

I was very impressed by the method they use to fit a custom cover; very clever. I was particularly impressed by the service reps on the phone, particularly as they appeared to be located in South Asia (India? Pakistan?) but had very good English and were extremely well trained (and very helpful).

The only complaint I have is that the purchase process was a bit confusing and I missed putting my discount code in before I completed the transaction. Unfortunately Covers and All would not credit my card for the discounted amount, even tho I contacted them immediately. Left a bad taste in my mouth and does not make me want to order again.

I ordered a rectangular bag with zipper to store my camping air mattresses in. The item came and I am over the top pleased with it. The company called to verify the measurements in response to a comment I had added to my order. Communication about the status was excellent. Ordering was easy. Price was reasonable. The product is of high quality, reasonable price, and ordering is very easy to use. But the measurements formula for the sandbox cover I ordered is flawed. Length and width were fine, but site asked for the height of the box. Final product then goes all the way to ground level leaving no effective way to secure the cover to the box as I had intended. In reality the height measurement should be half of that distance or less so tie downs can be installed on the sandbox.
