Product quality is excellent. The design team has extreme difficulty if the design is not very simple. As the pizza oven was handmade and did not have perfect circular slopes and angles they had a very difficult time making the cover but even updating and correcting their errors in transcoding my measurements onto their CAD drawing. The language barrier was also an added level of difficulty. If the project is not simple they seem to have difficulty with it and if the manufacturering process did not allow for the type of cuts and angles that were needed they should have expressed that. They also at one time canceled the entire job on me as they felt they didn't hear back from me in a timely enough manner yet didn't call or email further. I was happy with the finished product unless the design is very simple I would take your project else where.
So the tie down don't pull hard enough and the outer top don't look professional enough it look like tape was place on top

Great Material that should last and fit perfect over my cooker. Quick time frame receiving my order for a custom product.
Ordering was easy and the product was well packed. One of the shades is slightly damaged as the shade is crinkled on one end and the white plastic protector is misshapen. The shade was not even on the shade core when received and rolls up to one side and scrubs on the roll-up mechanism as it is being rolled up.
This is the second order I placed. And both times the covers are perfect! I definitely recommend buying covers from here.

The Cover was made of good material.The fit according to my measurements were accurate. The only thing that was off was the pockets on each side of the cover were upside down. The question is are the pockets or some feature I am not aware of?
This cover is perfect! I love the color, construction quality, overall durability, and that it was delivered to my exact measurements. The telescope is 50" H by 19.5" Dia and sits outside in weather of all types- desert heat/sunshine, rain, wind, and snow.
