Please DO NOT USE FEDEX again! I shipped to my son's address as I was traveling. The Fedex driver did not read instructions left by my son for delivery. The Fedex delivery guy ended up senting it to a Fedex facility far from my son's home. When they sent an email stating they could not deliver there was an option to have it shipped to closer facility. We changed it to a closer facility, arrived there to find that it was still at the facility that was far away. Very inconvenient!

My experience from start to finish was amazing. The cover is excellent quality (I got the mid level material) and fits perfectly. I thought I was going to have to settle for a size that wasn't going to work when I came across this site and boy am I glad I did. The cost was super cheap for a custom made cover of this quality. Will definitely use this site again if I ever need another custom cover.

I was surprised and impressed with how thick and heavy the material is, especially for the price. We bought the middle grade fabric, but honestly I don't know how much better the highest grade material could be when the middle grade is as good as it is. It fits my outdoor furniture perfectly, and its waterproof and will definitely get us through all four seasons in PA for many years. I think it was a great value. My husband likes it so much he wants to get custom covers for our grill and outdoor fireplace too.
