Covers & All did a great job of making a custom fit cover for my Big Green Egg that sits in a table. This is so much better than some generic cover that won't fit right. The cost for a custom cover was actually less than a generic fit cover. Covers & All verified all my measurements and sent me a diagram to be sure everything was right before they made the cover.

I was sent the wrong product and the order was not reviewed. On their website it says all orders are reviewed. Spoke with customer service who confirmed the order reviewed. Also, it states easy returns. I have experienced it was not an easy return and I was sent the incorrect product and they will not return it.
