I called to follow up on my order as I noticed that the amount that was charged to my credit card was different from what I received on my invoice. The customer service rep I spoke to explained that the price on my invoice was in USD, and I placed my order from Canada using a Canadian credit card. The first sales rep I spoke with did not inform me that the price quoted was in USD, and so it would have been helpful to have been offered a discount when I called to follow up, to address this miss.
