The cover fits like a glove, I should have over estimated the size, good material but I wish the corners were re-inforced
I liked the quality and the detail the fabricators ask when making a cover. I paid an expediting shipping fee and the cover arrived 9 days late which should not have happen, and Covers and All lost track of the shipment in Charles DeGaulle airport in Paris.

Did not realize that the cushion I ordered does not come with the foam material inside. And it came in really small and doesn't not meet the specification I inputted.
I placed two orders one in May, and one in September both using fabric tape cover max. The material I received on the May order is much thicker than the material I received in the September order which is lighter. This should be addressed by your team, for quality check. I'm OK with the purchase

Working with Cover & all was good - they were very thorough with their questions and measurement directions, however when i received the cover i felts that they were not made to order as they fit very tight in some areas and very loose in others. One of the covers was damaged with a cut. I'm waiting on response to see how they plan to fix the issues.

Our pool is pretty large and oddly shaped so at first we were just going to buy one big rectangle and do our best to make it work. Covers & All provided a much more detailed experience. We went back and forth with cutouts and measurements for a few days until they were satisfied in order to make us the best custom fit possible. The attention to detail was astounding and we wound up with a perfectly fitting custom made pool cover. Excellent quality and customer service. Would highly recommend!
