I think the quality is good. I read one review that had me lesson the actual size per instructions, but not enough. Also, if anyone has figured out a way to cover the points of the chairs before covering, I would like to hear back. It's where my last cover wore more quickly.

We've recommended Covers & All to everyone as once a person owns on of your covers the'll never have to replace it. That said, once I finally reached someone by phone—I wish I remembered his name, it started with M—he was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He listened to my frustrations, then handled the issue efficiently. I didn't have to follow up again, and the covers arrived a week later after being delayed for a month. The product itself is exactly what I expected, and I'm happy with the quality. I would like to order four more covers, but I remain hesitant because of the challenging experience I had once I placed the order.
