I had been looking for a cover for my welder cart and was struggling to find one the proper size. I just happened to see the web site for Covers & All. I sent sizes per the web site and the prices were very comparable to what I had found and they were the size that fit exactly. Made of Very heavy duty material and the workmanship is great. Product is well made. Materials are excellent. Sizing for width and depth (plus extra inches) are just fine. Cover fits easily over AC without issue. However, it was not clear that extra inches would be added to the height. The cover dimension is too great for the height of the AC. The cover has significant extra material at the bottom and leads to an issue of collecting water in folds of material and creates a place for rodents and insects to nest. The drawstring does not alleviate the problem. The proper height sizing should have been made clear on the web site.

I had been looking for a cover for a custom made firepit and was having no luck. I found Covers & all and was able to custimize the cover to the exact dimensions I needed. The product was made and shipped in a timely fashion. I started using it right away and it is great! The price was also very reasonable for the ability to customize and the quality of the cover.

I have ordered 2 covers. The initial purchase was a cover for an outdoor kitchen and it has been in use for 3 years. I'm in the Chicago area and the cover really withstands the elements which is why this year I purchased a second cover for pool equipment (pumps, heater, etc.) and I'm already breathing easier as this equipment is delicate and temperamental and expensive to replace when left out in the open as I can attest.

Overall experience selecting a tarp, ordering online was great. The only parts that I was not as pleased with involved shipping.
1) added "shipping" costs. During the checkout process it showed I had qualified for free shipping. Which was great. After submitting payment I noticed an extra $32 handling charge was applied. My request for clarification to customer service was never answered. Not really free shipping...
2) Shipping packaging. Was actually quite surprised that my 20x30 tarp was delivered in essentially a plastic shipping bag. No shipping box. For a tarp that you want to keep from being ripped or torn - the fact it was left that open to snagging or? During shipping/and handling seemed off.

My only complaint is that I was expecting my covers and they didn't arrive so I started researching where they were. There was a comment from them to me on the sign in page from where I bought the product. I wished they could have communicated to me through an email or text so that I would have seen it much quicker and I could shave responded to them faster so that I could have received my covers weeks earlier.
