Acknowledging that my cover specifics was probably a little non-standard, the design, review, redesign, review, redesign was a little tedious but the end result is great.
I wish you would choose a different shipping carrier than FedEx - it was not possible to pre-sign for the package resulting in a failed delivery attempt and eventually having to pick up the package at a drop spot. This despite getting about 15 emails from FedEx re this delivery.

So far a very good experience. There is an issue with various browsers in order to be able to logon and see my cart but I worked around it.

I was a little skeptical about ordering my "L Shaped" cover for my outdoor kitchen. The company emailed me back twice to confirm measurements due to the shape and size, I needed the cover before I left and they made it happen with only a 2 day delay that was my fault not getting back to them soon enough. The cover came EXACTLY to fit it was perfect! From my experience I would highly recommend this company for any custom fit. I also received a special gift from them that I will put to use. The purchaesprocess was easy, however I entered the dimensions in the wrong lines and had to correct the oreder. That waw easy and painless to do. I only wich there were fasteners at the bottom corners to attach ther cover tyo the base of the table. Instead I wrapped the covered table wiith polypropylene line.
